Veréb András Lajos

I started to develop a strong interest in self-study activities to improve my English after finishing high school. Having built on that experience, I enrolled in various programs which prepared me to take several degrees/certificates in various fields of English and American studies. As a young graduate, I first became involved in teaching as a faculty member of a standard Hungarian high school. Later, I wanted to test my skills in the market of freelance language teaching. I have done that to the present within the framework of different types of language courses (company courses, language-exam preparation, higher education, etc.). Relatively recently, I also became interested in teaching both English and Hungarian as a foreign language to international students. I have also pursued that part of my career up to the present day. In addition to teaching languages, I also have a personal interest in translation and interpreting. I have had opportunities to hone those skills by working as a freelancer for various companies and individuals. Furthermore, I have tried my hand at office work and general administrative tasks as a desk agent of an institution specializing -- among other things -- in language teaching.
